Cancelation policy

• Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your registration more than 60 days before the retreat begins, a full refund of your payment will be issued.

• If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the retreat begins, a 50% refund of your payment will be issued.

• If you cancel your registration less than 30 days before the retreat begins, fail to attend the first retreat session, or withdraw from the retreat after it has started, no refund will be provided.

• In the event of cancellation by Portal das Artes, a full payment refund will be processed.

• Should you encounter a sudden health problem, please contact us immediately at associacaoportaldasartes@gmail.com.
  Refunds will only be considered upon presentation of a medical certificate.

• Additionally, if something unexpected arises, it is possible to change the date to another Madeira Art & Yoga retreat if space is available. Please reach out to us at associacaoportaldasartes@gmail.com to inquire about availability and arrange the change of dates.
