In this breathwork group, we will work with Ecstatic Breathwork and shamanic practices to gain insight and healing from the visionary states brought on by trance.
We will do an intensive breathwork session to the accompaniment of evocative music, within the setting of a sacred space. By breathing deeply and consciously, we can enter trance in a safe way. The ensuing altered state allows us to heal our lives, while awakening to the wisdom and potential that is within us.
Breathwork brings:
- Relaxation and stress relief;
- Balance between body, mind, emotions and spirit;
- Deep meditation without needing to “concentrate”;
- Insight, inspiration and vision;
- Access to Soul aspect & God/Goddess in an intimate and insightful manner.

With who: Jacques Theron, breathwork practitioner , deeply influenced by shamanic practices which he studies in Peru and Brasil. Jacques feels that the ancient medicine, earth wisdom and spiritual mysteries are an integral part of his personal growth and thus something that is also part of his work.
