This session combines the focusing practice of Kundalini meditation with the restorative effects of Gong bath, supporting both mental clarity and deep relaxation.
Begin with a Kundalini meditation and/or easy Kriya session to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system.
This practice helps you become fully present, centered, and receptive to the healing journey that follows.
