MANTRAS AND MEDITATION CONCERT

I invite you to an evening of connection trough the vibrations of music. I believe that your voice is the sound to your soul.  This is an invitation to let go of your limited beliefs, surrender and embody this experience with your own voice.The mantras we will sing have been selected for their easy lyrics and magical melody. My intention with this selection is that you can easily experience mastery of activating your voice and surrender to the collective vibrations we will create together in the safe and comfortable atmosphere.The second part will be an invitation to connect to yourself in Savasana pose (laying down) Then I lead a guided meditation influenced by yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep) followed by classical guitar. Christian RolandCertified Circling Facilitator, leading Mantra singing Circles, and Classical guitarist.  Works as a nurse in private healthcare. Co-Creates events and retreats in Norway summertime and Madeira, Portugal wintertime.  Christian is passionate to include nature experiences, self-development and spiritual development in his work. He lives for creating magical moments between people in the space he holds.  Christian came to Madeira on holiday in 2015, bought some land and been working with his mountain projects in the winter periods since then.
