Intensive Face-to-face Workshop PAINTING OF THE ALMA

The Painting of the Soul provides   a journey to our creative essence through expression. It is a practice of letting go, exploring color and listening to the natural movement of the body in dialogue with the canvas and with what it shows us in each present moment. The purpose of this workshop is not to “copy” reality, but rather to tune in with intuition, and allow it to guide the way. In this workshop we meet ouroriginal gift  that each one has brought since birth, but which is often forgotten due to lack of attention and time. During the three days of the workshop we will take a deep journey through your lifeline, from your birth to the present moment. We will paint a lot, but also move the body, meditate, write and make collages... use various  tools to wake up and access our creative and innate flow.
