MANTRAS AND MEDITATION CONCERT

Dear Community 🌈

I will invite you for an evening of connection through the vibrations of music.  I believe that   your voice is the sound of your soul. The chosen Mantras are easy to follow, so every soul can join this evening, in a comfortable and  safe atmosphere.  The first part will be an activation of the group connection by   singing mantras. The second part will be an invitation to connect to yourself in Savasana pose( laying down)   guided in Yoga Nidra  with the continuing of  meditation to  live classical guitar.

Mantras is a form of devotional singing, with roots originating in India  thousands years ago. Like the gong, the vibrations of mantras are great for moving energies in the body and increasing the awareness of the present moment.

Mantras is a profound way to explore your voice and connect with the sound of the group.

Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world. It brings us to a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect, and mind relax.
