Workshop Fertility Perception for a Conscious Pregnancy or as a Contraceptive Means

This workshop proposes a reflection on the state of connection with the essence of being a woman, observing the menstrual cycle and making conscious choices.

During the workshop, a series of practical, simple and accessible strategies will be designed that allow reestablishing the woman's path of connection with herself and with the mastery of cyclicity. Tools will be proposed to map the cycle, body observation techniques and empowerment strategies for conscious choices.
