Workshop Home Remedies I in the macrobiotic view

Our ancestors learned to turn to Nature when they needed to cure their ailments. We today, in addition to this wisdom passed on to us, know that these home remedies can be adapted to our current life. In addition to the Macrobiotic approach, which is my basic training, I will also address some of the remedies passed on to me by my Mother,   which are still Macrobiotics, since these herbs grow in our backyards .
