About the event
Rescuing the essence is a process of becoming aware of our inner power and the potential that exists within each of us.
It proposes a reflection on the accelerated and outward-looking way of life, as promoters of disconnection, anxiety and inner emptiness, and points out practical, simple and accessible strategies that allow activating the connection and reestablishing the balance between our essence and the outside world.
During the workshop, the Path of our Self will be followed with oneself, with Others and with Nature and, through reflections and practical activities, each one will find the master lines for the operation of Rescuing their Essence.
The Rescue the Essence workshop consists of 3 hours of face-to-face training divided into 2 sessions.
